Golden Visa

Any non European Citizen who buys property and/or land in Greece  worth over 250.000 Euros is entitled to the so called “Golden Visa”. This means that the buyer and his/her spouse and also their children (up to the age of 21 years old) are entitled to permanent residence in Greece for 5 years. The Golden Visa is renewable every 5 years as long as the property remains under ownership.

Golden Visa owners are entitled to free travel to Schengen  countries and Medical Care and Education Rights in Greece as well .

We shall undertake (at the time of sale) to provide you with FULL legal support to process the Golden Visa application to completion.  The Legal Team will not be paid until the application is completed successfully.
